Firehouse Pizza is the newest dining destination at Crimson Filinvest City, serving up big, bold flavors by way of freshly baked pizzas accompanied by delicious starters and a great selection of refreshing drinks. It’s like dining in one of New York’s iconic pizzerias! Bring your whole crew and get ready to share the deliciousness!

SIGNATURE PIZZAS

From the branding itself, they are specialize to make pizzas. This Firehouse pizza on the photo shown above is a meat lover's dream come true. There are ten amazing variants on their menu — five signature and five classic pizzas. Four Cheese, Margherita, Pepperoni, Aglio Cheese and Garden State are the five classic pizzas that I am sure the whole family will love because it is delightful, special and affordable. How affordable? Classic pizza price ranges around P400 - P650 only. While Firehouse, Garish Gravlax, Times Square, Manhattan and Seafood are the five signature pizzas that makes every occasion memorable. The price range for Signature Pizzas are P450 - P700.

Firehouse Pizza - Prosciutto, chorizo, meatballs, jalapeno, salami, rucola and chili Oil (P600 - P700)

Garish Gravlax – Vodka-cured beetroot salmon, capers, zucchini and spinach (P550 - P650)

Seafood – Shrimp, Mussels, Squid, Garlic, lemon zest (P550 - P650)

SALAD

I know some of you all know that I just installed self ligating braces this month that is why Salad is my current best friend now. Well I love Salad since then but damn, this salads are totally the bomb. This make my heart and tummy flutter. Burrata Salad is my top favorite on the salads I'm going to mention later on. This salad consist of Garden Tomatoes, Mesclun Leaves, Balsamic Olive Oil and Burrata Cheese (damn, I totally luuuv it!)

Panzanella Salad - Tomato, olives, cucumber, onion, basil leaves, bell pepper and crispy bread (P280)

Burrata Salad - Garden Tomatoes, burrata cheese, mesclun leaves and balsamic olive oil (P550)

Mini Calzone Salad - Baby Spinach, dried tomato, pesto sauce and parmesan (P370)

BEVERAGES

For the beverage, they really have a lot to offer. Coffee, tea, frappes, beers, liquors, cocktails and wine, whatever you need or feel for that day, you can have a sip and enjoy the wonderful interior view inside this restaurant. Plus you can actually see the bartender mixing up your drinks because they have a bar station in the place.
