Product Description: Teeth Whitening Kit is designed to whiten upper and lower teeth at the same time, without the hassle of moulding the mouth tray. This can whiten teeth for just 10 minutes but you can use this for around 30 minutes but not higher than 1 hour. Each kit contains, 3 Whitening Gels, 1 Mouth Tray, 1 Led Light, 1 Instruction Manual and 1 Teeth Shade Guide.

Review: It was my first time trying out teeth whitening kit like this. At first I didn't expect that this product will turn out so good. The week after using this product, I haven't seen a lot of changes yet but then after using this product for two weeks I have seen that my teeth color becomes lighter in 2-3 shades. The results don’t last forever (especially I’m into coffee and tea drinks) but if you have a good tooth care routine, this certainly gives you a good start if you can’t afford the professional laser treatments. I highly suggest that you must clean everything you use after using this kit for hygiene purposes. Please watch my video below to see for yourself.

1. Prior to Treatment - Brush and floss just prior to bleaching your teeth. The whitening gel is the most effective with clean teeth.Try the trays in first without any beach to check the fit and comfort.

2. Apply the Beaching Gel - When you apply the gel make sure not to fill the trays. Place a SMALL drop of tooth whitening gel half way up on the inner front surface of tray.

3. Inserting the Bleaching Trays - Insert whitening tray in the mouth over the teeth. Seat the tray firmly against the teeth.

4. Wearing Time - I recommend that if you have not whitened before, use for 30 minutes to 1 hour the first time and increase the wearing time if there is little or no tooth sensitivity.

5. After Whitening - Remove the tray and rinse off your teeth. Brush any remaining gel away. Brush, floss and continue routine dental cleaning. Apply desensitizing gel if your teeth become too sensitive - follow steps 1 through 4 again using the desensitizing gel.

6. Caring for your Trays and Gel - Clean whitening trays with a toothbrush or Q-tip and cold water. Store trays in the tray holder and gel in cool dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. The gel may be refrigerated to prolong the shelf life, but do not freeze.
