Basic Skin care tips for every skin type

Taking Care of Dry Skin

  • On cleansing, it is best to use cleansing creams or gels. Avoid using soaps.
  • Use a mild toner (without alcohol) to close the pores and tighten the skin.
  • Use a high hydration creams twice or thrice a day.
Taking Care of Normal Skin

  • On cleansing, you can use beauty bars or even cleansers.
  • Use a toner to close the pores and tightens the skin.

Taking Care of Combination Skin

  • On cleansing, it is best to use gentle bars, cleansing creams or gels with actives for a combination skin.
  • Use a toner with active ingredients of AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) or BHA (Beta Hydroxy Acid) to lessen the oil, unclog some pores and tightens the skin.
  • Use a moisturizer when needed. It is best to put moisturizer on dry areas only. 
  • Don't forget to bring blotting paper everyday to lessen the appearance of oil on T zone. (I have a combination skin too!)
